Warranty Policy
Silver Sage Garden Centers, Inc
Trees and shrubs planted by Silver Sage Garden Centers, Inc
are guaranteed for 100% of the original purchase price for one year from
the date of purchase. Trees and shrubs planted by the homeowner are guaranteed
for 50% of the original purchase price for one year from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers only the plant material; delivery or
planting charges are not included. Warranty replacement credit will be used
as in store credit towards the purchase of any product or service that we
offer. Items purchased using warranty replacement credit will not be covered
under the warranty. The customer must provide proof of purchase with a copy
of the invoice before warranty replacement credit can be given. No cash
refunds. Perennials, clearance items and wholesale transactions have no
guarantee.
